Overview

Ariana Gravanis is a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC #6106) in private practice in Los Angeles, CA, and has been working in the field of mental health for over 10 years. Ariana was born and raised in Los Angeles, and completed all her schooling in NYC, receiving a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Touro College and completed a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at City University of New York Baruch. She is a certified EMDR Therapist with a passion for working with young adults. Ariana specializes in trauma, addiction and cooccurring issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, identity formation, relational issues and codependency, as well as treating the spouses and partners of addicts. 

Ariana has a down to earth approach to therapy, normalizing the human experience and helping clients feel less alone in navigating life and adulthood. She believes we all have the capacity to heal ourselves, we just need the right support to do so. Ariana is here to offer that support and help guide our clients as they embark on a transformational journey; figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and then creating their own happiness.
