What Does Rehab Cost?

Each treatment plan is individualized to meet your needs, so the cost of treatment will vary accordingly. Treatment costs depend on several factors, including:

  • Treatment plan specifications
  • Recovery timeline
  • Complexity of substance use history
  • Insurance coverage
  • Co-occurring disorders
  • Unique intervention recommendations

At NUMA Recovery Centers, we work with many of the major insurance carriers and offer private pay options to make comfortably luxurious treatment as accessible as possible.

Are Detox and Rehab The Same Thing?

No. Detox is one component of comprehensive rehab and treatment plans. As the earliest stage of recovery, detox offers a supportive environment while harmful substances are eliminated from your system.

Rehab and other programs offer ongoing support and treatment to help you maintain sobriety, rebuild your life, and develop relapse-prevention skills.

How Long Does Rehab Last?

Your customized treatment plan influences your individual treatment timeline. Your plan outlines the recommended level of care, therapy interventions, and treatment timeline.

However, in most cases, the length of treatment ranges from 30-90 days.

What Alcohol and Drug Detox Treatment Programs Do You Offer?

NUMA Recovery offers a full continuum of care, from detox to long-term stabilization. Our professional staff and supportive community are committed to serving your recovery and facilitating lasting success.

What Therapies Do You Offer To Treat Substance Use Disorder?

Our team of experienced clinicians and addiction professionals provides individualized therapy interventions to address your physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

After a detailed assessment, you will be prescribed an individualized treatment plan that best suits your unique needs and includes several individual and group therapy modalities. Some therapies include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Experiential Therapy
  • Art Therapy

Does NUMA Treat Mental Health Issues?

Yes, NUMA's mental health services tackle the entire spectrum of substance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health disorders.

Our goal is to support holistic recovery and mitigate the long-t rm health impact of substance abuse.

What Medical Insurance Do You Accept?

We work with many of the major insurance carriers as both an in-network provider and an out-of-network provider. We also accept private payments when possible.

Does Numa Recovery Center Accept Medical and Medicaid?

At this time, we do not accept Medical or Medicaid plans. Our goal is to provide an affordably luxurious treatment facility that is open and accessible to those who need it most and have established partnerships with many major health insurance carriers.

Can Rehab Force You To Stay In California?

This depends greatly on your situation.

California has instituted involuntary commitment laws, but there are specific criteria that must be present:

  • They are a danger to themselves or others
  • They are gravely disabled due to substance use

If these criteria are met, one could be held for up to 72 hours. After this time, an evaluation may take place where additional treatment could be assigned.

To learn more about California involuntary admission laws, see this resource from the National Center For State Courts here.

Is This A Rehab Where You Can Smoke Cigarettes?

In some cases, yes. It’s important to be mindful of the recovery journey that other participants are on. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas, and access to cigarettes or vapes is moderated.

What Should I Bring?

We want you to be comfortable and able to focus on treatment and recovery as much as possible. When packing, add these items to the list:

  • Comfortable clothes (5-7 days worth)
  • Athletic wear
  • Personal toiletries (hair care, bathing, dental, etc.)
  • 2 pairs of shoes, lounge and active
  • Journal and pen
  • ID card and debit card
  • A small amount of cash
  • Photos of loved ones
